International Internships

WAL Training are leaders in the delivery of innovative solutions in skills development and training which builds partnerships between industry 4.0 and skills training and development; WAL Training is a South African Black Woman owned Entity that works closely with the Chinese Culture Centre, to prepare learners for international studies as well as work integrated learning experience. WAL has been operating in the skills training and development space since 2006.

In the past three years the two entities have successfully placed (with the help of funding from both Setas and China) more than a thousand learners at Chinese higher educational institutions and at relevant employment places. With the emerging of industry 4.0 WAL Training has focused on exposing learners to entrepreneurship, co-operatives, self-employment and highly skilled workers in TVET College

Taking into consideration the accelerated rate in which technology and manufacturing is developing in China over the past 20 years, partnering with China would expose our learners to the advanced technology in various sectors of education and training ;

  • Bricklaying
  • Plastering
  • Tiling

Our initiative is geared up to specialize in the recruitment and selection of high level graduates from across TVET colleges in South Africa to be trained in high level skills within the following areas:

  • 5G
  • Industry 4.0
  • Robotics
  • Robotic welding
  • Artificial Intelligence
